Chocolate clay is used in all sorts of specialty cakes and desserts. But, have you ever wondered how to make modeling chocolate on your own? If so, here’s how:
- Melt your chocolate in a double boiler
- Cool slightly
- Slowly add corn syrup until it reaches texture that you feel comfortable working with
- Form clay into a ball and chill in the refrigerator for several hours; you chocolate will then be ready to mold just like clay!
