Fresh Fruit Tacos - This chunky, fresh, fruit taco recipe is fantastic! Big chunks of ripe, juicy fruit, fill the crispy taco shells, and are then topped with the delectable medley of creamy vanilla yogurt and toasted coconut. This quick and easy fruit recipe is a guaranteed hit with kids, and its healthy too!

Ingredients to make Fresh Fruit Tacos
1/3 c Baked coconut
1 c Strawberries, sliced
1/2 c Seedless green grapes,halved
1 md Apple, pared, cored, chopped
1 sm Banana, sliced
2 tb Pourable fruit, any flavor (found in jelly section of store)
6 Taco shells
1/3 c Vanilla yogurt
Directions to make Fresh Fruit Tacos
Step 1:Spread coconut on baking sheet. Toast in 350 F oven for 7 to 12 minutes, stirring often.
Step 2:Meanwhile, in medium bowl, stir together strawberries, grapes, apple, banana, and pourable fruit.
Step 3:Fill taco shells evenly with fruit. Top filled tacos evenly with yogurt. Sprinkle with toasted coconut.
