4 egg yolks

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

1 can (10 1/2 oz.) condensed French onion soup

Authentic Thai Shrimp -This simple, savory, recipe for thai shrimp stir fry, is yet another of our “Less Than 30 Minute Meals”, and a very authentic tasting one. We really made this one stand out by adding some sweet to the thai, for an innovative, yet easy recipe. As with most stir fry’s we suggest serving over rice, or even pasta, if you prefer, either way it is spectacular!

1 tablespoon peanut or vegetable oil
1 lb uncooked deveined peeled medium shrimp, thawed if frozen, tail shells removed
1 cup sliced red onion
1 to 2 teaspoons green or red Thai curry paste
1 can (14.5 oz) organic diced or fire roasted diced tomatoes, drained
1 tablespoon lime juice
2 teaspoons packed brown sugar
