Deep Dark Chocolate Fudge Cookies - Doesn’t that just sound decadent? Wait till you taste them! This extremely tantalizing, super, chocolate cookie recipe is totally irresistable to “chocoholics”. Actually, it has been my experience, that absolutely everyone becaome a chocoholic when they taste these, Bring them to your next potluck or brunch and watch them disappear. Another quick, easy cookie recipe, that will probably become your most requestd.

Ingredients to make Deep Dark Chocolate Fudge Cookies
1 1/2 c All purpose flour
1/2 c Unsweetened cocoa
3 ea Eggs
1 t Baking Soda
1 t Salt
8 oz Semi-sweet Chocolate, broken into 1/2 oz pieces
4 oz Unsweetened Chocolate, broken into 1/2 oz pieces
1 1/2 c Tightly packed light brown sugar
12 T Unsalted butter
1 t Pure Vanilla extract
2 c Semi sweet chocolate chips
Directions to make Deep Dark Chocolate Fudge Cookies
Step 1:Sift all dry ingredients together. And set aside. Melt chocolate in double boiler.
Step 2:Cream butter with light brown sugar, then add eggs and vanilla to this mixture. Add the melted chocolate next and after that is completed mixed, add the dry ingredients. Mix well and then add Chocolate chips.
Step 3:Bake for 18-22 minutes in a preheated 325 degree oven.
