Turkey Giblet Gravy - IF you have been looking for a new, extraordnary, gravy recipe, then you have just found it! Ingredients to make Turkey Giblet Gravy
3 c Water
1 1/2 c Dry white wine
1 lg Onion, coarsely chopped
1 sm Carrot, coarsely chopped
1 sm Celery stalk (with leaves), coarsely chopped
1 cl Garlic, crushed
Giblets and neck from turkey, coarsely chopped
Salt and fresh ground pepper
Pan juices from roast turkey
1/2 c Water
1/2 c Madeira
1 tb To 2 Tb flour

1 ea Pimentoes,small can
2 ea Onions,chopped
2 ea Cans tomatoes,12 oz.
1 T Worchesterchire
1/2 t thyme
1/4 t pepper
3 bay leaves
1 t oregano
1 t worchesterchire
1/2 t cumin

2 tb Tarragon vinegar
