Beefy Spanish Rice - This exceptional, no fuss, beefy spanish rice recipe, makes an all time Mexican favorite, even better! Start with the convenient, always on hand ground beef, chunky, fresh veggies are added for some “healthy”, and finally, the rice is added to it all, and slow simmered, until saturated in that tex-mex taste. Try it with a slice of homemeade bread.
