Homestyle Quiche - This hefty, hearty quiche with pasta recipe is absolutely phenomenal, a well rounded meal in one, and as far as we are concerned. a “Must Try”. Vegetables, bacon, bread, and two cheeses, are baked into the basic quiche recipe of milk and eggs. A real one of a kind, oven baked quiche recipe.

Ingredients to make Homestyle Quiche
1 (7-oz) or 1/2 lb pkg elbow macaroni,(2 cup), uncooked
6 sl To 8 sl bacon chopped
2 c Shredded american cheese
2 c Shredded monterey jack cheese
2 c Soft bread cubes
1 md Onion finely chopped
1 sm Green bell pepper finely chopped
4 Egg separated
2 c Milk
1 ts Salt
6 To 8 drop bottled hot pepper sauce
Red salsa (optional)

Man Sized Omelet with Salsa - This very flexible, jumbo egg omelet has an abundance of “extra’s” added to it, creating a real “flavor fiesta” for your tastebuds! Feel free to add or substistute any of the ingredients for your family’s favorite combinations, and as it is so robust and well rounded, you can enjoy it for breakfast, lunch or even dinner!

Ingredients to make Man Sized Omelet with Salsa
4 lg Eggs
2 tb Water
1 tb Unsalted butter
3 Slices of lean bacon, cooked, crumbled
1 sm Avocado, preferably California, peeled, diced
1/2 c Coarsely grated Monterey Jack (about 2 oz)
SALSA:
2/3 c Tomato Finely chopped seeded
2 tb Finely chopped red onion
1 Pickled or fresh jalapeno pepper, seeded, minced**
2 tb Minced fresh coriander (cilantro)
1 tb Fresh lime or lemon juice
** It is recommended you wear rubber gloves while handling the jalapeno pepper, or be sur to wash hands thoroughly, when done handling pepper, before touching anything else.

| Quick BLT Pasta Salad - Quick, easy, hearty, succulent, crunchy, flavorful, we could just go on and on about this fabulous salad. Overflowing with a variety of favorite flavors, inspired from the classic bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwich, we replaced the bread with pasta. We also added a splash of citrus to really enhance all those fresh flavors.

2 c Thinly sliced apples, red delicious, unpeeled
1 tb Flour
1 3/4 c Half and half
1/8 ts Nutmeg
1/4 ts Caraway seeds
1/2 ts Dry mustard
1 c Shredded Swiss cheese
