Simple Tomato Salsa - We’ve given homemade salsa a whole new dimension with this fiery, healthy, vegetarian recipe. Bright red, fresh, roma tomatoes, and “one of a kind” south of the border, chipotle peppers combine for a quick, easy salsa that is very versatile.

Directions to make Simple Tomato Salsa

Step 1:Combine all of the ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer and cook, uncovered, about 20 minutes. The liquid should be reduced by one-third and the tomato skins should be falling off. Set aside to cool.
