meat2 Roast Pork with Apple Glaze - This simple, yet sensational, slow cooker recipe for roast pork, is absolutely divine. Made sweet by wholesome apples and juice, seasoned slightly with a little ginger, it cooks all day in the crock pot, leaving the pork, irresistably moist and tender.

Ingredients to make Roast Pork with Apple Glaze

4 pound pork, loin roast
6 each apples
1/4 cup apple juice
3 tablespoon sugar, brown
1 teaspoon ginger, ground

Directions to make Roast Pork with Apple Glaze

Step 1:Rub roast with salt and pepper. Brown pork roast under broiler to remove excess fat; drain well.
Step 2:Core and quarter apples. Place apple quarters in bottom of crockpot. Place roast on top of apples.
Step 3:Combine apple juice, brown sugar, and ginger. Spoon over top surface of roast, moistening well. Cover and cook on Low 10-12 hours, until done.
