  Creamy Garlic Pasta Sauce - This thick, creamy sauce, is is so hearty and delectable! Cooked stove top, it is so quick and simple, you will be adding to your favorites after just one mouthful! Feel free to add mushrooms or a different favorite vegetable to it, to add even more flavor and some “goodness”.

Cook Time: 15-20 mins
Main Ingredient: Cream
Difficulty Level: 2

Ingredients to make Creamy Garlic Pasta Sauce

2 tb Unsalted butter
1 tb Finely minced garlic
1 tb Finely minced shallots,OR Onions
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 c Sherry or Madeira
1/4 c Brandy
1/2 c Whipping cream

Directions to make Creamy Garlic Pasta Sauce

Step 1:Melt the butter in a medium skillet over medium heat and add the garlic, shallots and salt. Cook, stirring, for 5 minutes. Add the sherry and brandy. Increase the heat to high and cook until the liquid reduces by about 2/3.
Step 2:Add the cream and cook until the liquid reduces to a saucelike consistency and is thick enough to coat a spoon. Toss with your favorite past.
