misc3 Classic Spinach Quiche - This simple, classic, spinach quiche recipe is not only a “Fix it Fast” meal, it is very versatile. It has so many healthy ingredients, it makes a ideal meal, anytime of day, breakfast, lunch. dinner, it all depends on what you serve it with. A quick, easy recipe, thats great for brunches.

Main Ingredient: Spinach

Ingredients to make Classic Spinach Quiche

1 Box chopped spinach
1/2 Onion, diced
1/2 c Bell pepper, diced
1 c Cheddar Cheese, shredded
3/4 c Biscuit mix
3 Eggs
1/4 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper

Directions to make Classic Spinach Quiche

Step 1:Spray pan with non stick cooking spray. Put first 4 ingredients in bottom of pie plate. Mix eggs, salt and pepper with mixer until frothy; pour over pie plate ingredients. Bake 400 degrees, 35 minutes.
