misc2 Basil Parmesan Bread - This homemade cheesy, herb bread recipe is made in the bread machine, so all you have to do is measure ingredients, then press the button! Fresh basil baked with 2 different cheeses, Swiss and Parmesan, and a blend of whole wheat and bread flour. A very fragrant, rustic bread, from such an easy recipe.

Main Ingredient: Flour, Cheese, Basil

Ingredients to make Basil Parmesan Bread

1 1/8 c Water
1 1/2 tb Olive oil
1/3 c Grated swiss cheese
1/3 c Grated parmesan cheese
1/3 ts Salt
1 tb Sugar
1 tb Basil
1 1/2 c Whole wheat flour
1 1/2 c Bread flour
1 1/2 ts Active dry yeast

Directions to make Basil Parmesan Bread

Step 1:Add ingredients in order suggested by manufacturer and process on whole wheat cycle.Yields a 1-1/2 lb. loaf.
